I want to place an order. What payment methods does zumbawearth.com accept?
zumbawearth.com currently accepts payment through Paypal or bank transfer. Since all orders are placed online, we cannot accept money orders or checks.

When will my order be delivered?
After you submit your order, you will receive an email reviewing the items in your order. Within a few days you will receive a confirmation email with your shipment tracking number(s) (tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate). For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
 
Do you ship internationally?
No. All orders are shipped domestically to address in Thailand only.
 
Can I return my order?
zumbawearth.com does not accept returns. Size exchanges are available within 15 days from original purchase.

Can I exchange an item?
Size exchanges are available within 15 days from original purchase. Item must be in new, unused, unwashed condition with tags still attached.
 
Can I add more products to an order that has already been submitted?
No. In order to maintain an accurate inventory, we cannot manually add, replace, or remove any item once an order has been submitted for any reason. You will need to place an additional order if you wish to purchase additional items.
 
If I make a mistake or change my mind, can I cancel my order?
If you contact us within 30 minutes of your order, we can cancel your order.
 
What does “Final Order” mean?
You cannot change your order once it is placed on the shopping cart. We cannot manually add, replace, or remove any item once an order has been submitted for any reason. You will need to place an additional order if you wish to purchase additional items.
