Returns & Refunds
www.zumbawearth.com accepts size exchanges within fifteen (15) days of original purchase. Product must be in its original unworn, unused condition with tags attached. In order to exchange a product, you must contact us here and provide your original order number.

www.zumbawearth.com accepts returns of defective merchandise only. Any defective merchandise claims are subject to verification. To place a claim for defective merchandise, please take a photo of the defective area of the product and send it via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name and order number in the email. At the customer's request, the product will be replaced or a refund will be issued.
Eligible Returns Conditions
For all other purchases, merchandise must be returned in its original packaging or in perfect condition. In order for a product to be in perfect condition, it must be unworn, unwashed, and have no traces of hair, deodorant, makeup, or distinctive smells and include original tags, if applicable. Item(s) returned due to possible defects, are subject to verification. If the returned item does not meet any of the abovementioned criteria or is determined to not be defective, it is not eligible for a refund. We will send an email within 30 days to the email address provided on the original order with the option of returning the product at the customer's expense.
