ORDER PROCESSING
- All orders received on or before 11:59 AM Thailand time will be shipped by the end of the next business day, excluding holidays.
- All orders received after 12:00 PM Thailand time will be shipped within two business days, excluding holidays.
In rare cases due to unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, unusual spikes, major sales events, etc.), these shipment processing times may be delayed.
SHIPPING METHODS & TRANSIT TIMES
Transit time count begins after the order is picked up by the carrier. The ship day is day “0” in the count to calculate transit time. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Flash Express: 1-3 business days transit time depending on your location in Thailand.
Kerry Express: 1-3 business days transit time depending on your location in Thailand.
NOTE: International Shipping is not offered.
GENERAL
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Offer:
Shipping Offer: All orders 2000THB or over will have free shipping. Any order 1999THB or lower will incur a flat shipping fee of 50THB. Offer subject to change or expiration at any time.
Certain large or heavy items may include additional handling costs. Any special handling costs will be reflected at checkout.
